§
1 Contract
The online booking of a shuttle does not automatically create a contract.
Only after we acepted and confirmed a booking the contract is closed.
The contract will never be closed if we get incomplete bookings or bookings
with false details. Airportliner is allowed to have shuttles operated
by subcontractors.
§ 2 Inhalt des Vertrages
The service airportliner has to provide is acording to the booking. Airportliner
has the right to change the provided service as far as the traveller gets
to his destination. In no case Airportliner is allowed to change a given
price. The kind of service is described in our service manual. With each
adult, we transport one child up to 3 years for free. With every passenger
we transport one piece of luggage and one piece of handluggage for free.
The given prices are oneway only and include one pick-up or drop-of address
within the Regensburg city limits.
2.1. Due to the shared ride system there might be waiting times at the
airport. We plan a maximum waiting time of 45 minutes. Flight delais have
a influence on the timing of the tour. Extremely delaied flights might
not be serviced with the shared ride shuttle. The shared ride transfer
service starts at 03:00 a.m. and ends at 11:30 p.m. . Individual pick-ups
between 11:30 p.m. and 03:00 a.m. are possible with the Individual-Transfer.
The times "requested arrival at airport" and "landing",
that the client gives in the online form are our planing guidelines. Passengers
have to give notice in case of any change in time, flight number etc.
regarding thier booking. If they fail to give notice, the contract is
canceled.
2.2. Unpredictable situations like strikes, war, natural and other catastrophes,
government orders, and extreme weather can not allways be compensated
by Airportliner. Missing a flight or longer waiting times at the airport
are possible in these cases.
2.3. Airportliner alone sets the pick-up time for shared ride transfers.
The pick up times are calculatet based on the route, extra time for traffic
jams and the requested arrival times.
2.4.
One piece of luggage and one piece of handluggage are free of charge.
Transport of extra luggage and bulky luggage is possible. There is a charge
for extra luggage, according to our price list, because we use a bigger
vehicle. If the extra luggage is not pre-booked, we may not have the right
vehicle to be able to transport the luggage.
§ 3 Preis
The price given in the latest pricelist is payable to the driver in cash.
§ Cancellation and meeting points
Both parties have the right to cancel according to the law. If airportliner
receives the cancelation more than 24 hours ahead of the travelling time,
the cancellation will be aceptet without a cancelling fee. The transfer
price will be carged for NoShows and cancellations less than 24 hours
in advance . The traveller has to care fore the notice of the cancelation
to get to airportliner in time. The given meeting point at the airport
is fixed and it is the travellers duty to get there in time.
§ 5 Guarantie
AIRPORTLINER
guaranties proper organisation and driving of the shuttle tour. The guarantie
is limited to the tripple of the fare of the clients shuttle transport,
if not covered by the companies insurances. In case of any disturbances
the client is obliged to help to avoid or keep possible damage small.
Any complaints have to be in writing to airportliner, at the latest 14
days after completion of the journey.
